In designing the green spaces, the tradition of Creole architecture was followed, with wide sloping roofs designed to protect from intense tropical rains. Paghera curated not only the garden but also the pool, terrace, and villa interior, transforming it into an authentic tropical retreat. A central element of the project is the spacious veranda, keeping the environment cool and dry.
