The villa is located within one of Istanbul’s most prestigious residential complexes, designed by the renowned Turkish architect Emre Arolat. The Paghera project occupies the entire hillside, overlooking one of the few remaining wooded areas in the metropolis.
The landscape design and site redevelopment project is developed through a careful study of flat surfaces and slopes, organized to maximize the site’s potential and create an elegant, functional, and low-maintenance garden. Perspective plays, studied both from the villa entrance and the pool area, expand the green spaces, enhance the perception of the environment, and bring harmony to the entire structure.
The context is characterized by contemporary and understated lines, skillfully softened by the green intervention: plants, blooms, and landscape compositions define a modern and refined setting, an oasis of calm and beauty in the heart of the bustling city. A place designed to enjoy moments of relaxation and serenity immersed in greenery.Paghera extends sincere thanks to architect Koray Yavuzer’s studio for their support and valuable collaboration during the various project phases.
