The “La Badiola” Estate, a captivating property in Tuscany, truly reflects the soul of the Maremma, with its splendor and the prestige of its history. The building is immersed in the exceptional beauty of the surrounding countryside, with gentle hills dotted with olive trees rhythmically alternating with picturesque vineyards.

The name L’Andana clearly refers to the long avenue leading to the estate, flanked by cypresses and maritime pines, within an untouched natural park. Here, the authentic scent of the countryside blends with the salty fragrances of the Tyrrhenian Sea, creating a sensory experience that deeply touches the guest’s soul.

These are just some of the reasons why the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Leopold II of Lorraine, chose it as his residence. Captivated by the vast natural spaces, he decided to transform the estate into a small and vibrant village, which today, thanks to the creativity and landscape design of the Paghera group, is adorned with a new scenic design: the redesign of flowerbeds, expansive lawns, and shrubs, along with technical and artistic interventions that enhance the effects of water and light.
