Residences

In this design project, Paghera completely redesigned the outdoor space of a Renaissance-style residence, transforming it into a harmonious garden full of personality. The extensive and detailed intervention involved all external areas of the property, creating a sequence of spaces that balance aesthetics and functionality.

Elegant planters filled with azaleas, Ligustrum, and white blossoms gracefully define the path leading to a compact, elevated swimming pool accessible via delicate steps. The entire area is enclosed by a dark anodized wrought-iron fence, while some walls of the house are wrapped in climbing jasmine, forming a fragrant and evocative frame.

A refined pathway, designed with a rectangular grassy pattern, guides the eye toward the garden composition. Along the route, small trees and shrubs with conical crowns—Cryptomeria and other evergreen conifers—punctuate the space, adding rhythm and visual depth.

At the heart of the project stands a sheltering structure against the elements, conceived as a versatile space that can also serve as a greenhouse. Here, the harmony between geometry and nature reaches its peak, turning the entire area into a garden suspended between art and landscape, where every element is designed to offer a unique sensory experience.
