Nights in the Orient

Residences

8 of 25 Terraces
Paghera designed a Middle Eastern-style terrace where nighttime lighting plays a central role, creating a stunning scenographic effect as the sun sets. The flooring, enhanced with hidden spotlights and fluorite slabs, transforms the space at night, giving it a strong and captivating personality: an environment even more enchanting under the darkness than in daylight.

The lighting effects gently reflect on the central pool, creating a magical setting perfect for elegant dinners and parties or for moments of genuine relaxation and contemplation.

The plant selection is carefully curated to ensure maximum privacy: climbing plants intertwining on walls and trellises, Mediterranean flowering plants such as hibiscus, hydrangeas, nerines, alliums, lilies, and aromatic herbs, along with gardenias and freesias, accompanied by tall trees naturally shielding the roof garden.

The façade of the residence is gently softened by Rhyncospermum — jasmine — whose white flowers provide an intoxicating fragrance and delicate charm. To enjoy the terrace in every season, the project includes an elegant pergola designed to offer a sheltered relaxation area, protecting from intense sun and rain, making the space a true refuge of serenity and beauty.
