A terrace scorched by the sun, suffocated by surrounding apartments and unsightly satellite dishes. What was needed was a comprehensive transformation rather than a mere landscaping intervention—a project designed to bring life and energy to a green space, usable at any time of day and dedicated to the family’s relaxation. The creation of two green rooms connected by shading trellises made of iron and glass worked wonders: the first room, intended for relaxation and conversation, is furnished with comfortable armchairs and sofas literally enveloped by the terrace greenery.
The second is a proper dining room, complete with a barbecue for open-air dinners. Atmospheric lighting for this lush green terrace is provided by blown-glass lanterns and copper torches, while light cones calibrated to the height of the plants ensure a more technical distribution of illumination.
