In Qatar, “The Pearl” is an artificial island covering nearly four million square meters. It was the first area in the country made available for property sales to foreign citizens and, by January 2015, already had over 12,000 residents.

Once completed, the island will feature more than 32 km of new coastline dedicated to exclusive residences, with an estimated 18,831 homes and 45,000 residents. Located just 350 meters off the West Bay Lagoon in Doha, it represents one of the largest projects ever undertaken by Paghera.
