A three-dimensional tricolour, with letters one meter and seventy high, in fresh rosemary, white beans and spicy red chilli pepper, composed to trace the word FOOD: it is the installation, stage element and backdrop of the tastings offered by the Department of Agriculture of the Lombardy Region to the guests of Food Design Experience (Triennale of Milan, Salone del Mobile).
