In Bodrum, at the heart of the prestigious Yalıkavak tourist area, Paghera has created a refined landscape design project that integrates luxury residences and hospitality spaces. The property includes 40 VIP villas, a hotel, a relaxation area with spa and pool, as well as a private beach.

The design concept stems from the desire to minimize the visual impact of the buildings, making them an integral part of the landscape. Lush internal gardens and green roofs establish a continuous dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces. The residences, wrapped in native greenery – bougainvillea, plumbago, phoenix canariensis, aromatic plants, cypresses, and pines – gain intimacy and privacy, without giving up the unparalleled sea view.

From the villas, direct access leads to the beach, where the central pool becomes a scenic centerpiece: built into the sand, just steps from the sea, it evokes a natural oasis and is suitable for all, adults and children, thanks to its shallow depth.

The pier extending into the sea for several dozen meters culminates in a panoramic pool with water features. Made of glass and luminous materials, it lights up at dusk, becoming a recognizable icon both from land and sea, emblematic of an exclusive and unmistakable style.
