The residence develops over three floors, each overlooking a terrace. A complex intervention, designed on multiple levels, where every space receives a dedicated and unique design solution. The goal is to create an urban oasis: a refuge from the hectic rhythms of the city, a true terrace-living room.
On the first level, in the living area, the interior spaces naturally extend onto the terrace without interruptions. A summer lounge, designed to welcome guests, includes a dining area and a fully equipped barbecue space for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors. A true open-air living room, intimate and discreet, immersed in greenery.
On the upper floor, the sleeping area opens onto a space dedicated to study and relaxation: a bright winter garden in iron and glass, completely enveloped by the terrace’s greenery. This vegetative frame isolates the space from the surrounding urban context, creating an intimate and protected refuge.
The top floor is entirely devoted to a garden-solarium, with a whirlpool, sunbathing areas, and shaded zones designed for maximum comfort.
The vegetation is meticulously planned to make this terrace unique: green walls enveloping the space, enriched with hibiscus, oleanders, dracaenas, and climbing plants, perfectly enhanced by the mild climate. A project that constantly renews the feeling of being in a suspended oasis, a terrace overlooking the rooftops of the ancient city.
