Living In, La Maggiolina

Residences

10 of 81 Gardens
The project "Living In, La Maggiolina" was born in collaboration with "Dontstop Architettura" and aims to revitalize the former industrial area of La Maggiolina in Milan, using greenery and architectural design that integrates it naturally. The distinctive features of this project, compared to any other construction in Milan, are the versatility and centrality of green spaces, which transform urban living into an immersive experience in nature.

Each apartment can be purchased by the square meter, in a modular way, offering maximum freedom to the buyer in choosing the structure and various interior and exterior details. Each unit will have its own personality and will be highly customizable, from interiors to exteriors, to best meet the needs and lifestyle of the residents. For example, possible customizations may concern not only details such as material choices, but also the addition of innovative elements, such as a vertical garden installed on an internal or external wall.

Every balcony, terrace, and green element in the outdoor areas will be designed and created by Paghera, with plants specifically selected to reflect the owner’s tastes and adapt to the environmental conditions of the apartment’s location and the Milanese climate. The residential structures will become a true urban forest, a garden within the city. The result will be extremely natural, not artificial, as if nature had climbed the buildings, in full Paghera style.
