Paghera designs the renovation of this historic Italian villa.
The project enhances every detail, blending elegance and harmony with respect for the history and memory of the building. Visual and sensory paths intertwine through carefully designed elements: wooden pergolas wrapped in climbing wisteria that accompany and guide visitors, creating a continuous journey of discovery filled with light, shadow, and fragrances.
Inside the garden, a typical Italian garden greenhouse becomes a precious space for cultivation and contemplation, where flowers, aromatic plants, and ornamental species coexist, enriching the space with beauty and harmony. Next to it, an integrated vegetable garden provides a direct connection to the earth, allowing the cultivation of herbs and vegetables, combining aesthetics and functionality.
Garden paths and doors are enriched with trellises adorned with old roses, creating scenic and fragrant entrances. These elements not only define the spaces but also guide the observer along an emotional journey, turning every entrance into a moment of discovery.
The gardens and hedges, designed in the classic Italian style, are arranged into orderly and evocative spaces, capable of blending geometric rigor with natural spontaneity. Flooring and architectural details are carefully crafted, respecting the historic villa’s identity and creating continuity between interior and exterior.
An elegant stone balcony overlooking the large garden becomes a privileged observation point: a place to pause, breathe, and admire the beauty of the whole, uniting architecture and nature in a harmonious embrace.
Color, fragrance, and precision take center stage: elegant and natural tones, plant scents accompanying every step, and a rigorous design that unites aesthetics and functionality. The result is a vibrant and lively garden, a setting where history, nature, and art merge in perfect harmony.
