This landscape design project by Paghera was created for a prestigious villa owned by private clients, situated in a scenic location on a rocky promontory. Despite the limited space around the residence, Paghera designed a creative intervention that maximized every square meter, enhancing the villa itself through a harmonious integration of greenery.
In front of the garage, a spherical geometric motif was created, conceived as a refined heraldic emblem, giving elegance and personality to the property entrance. The entrance driveway was enhanced with tall hedges and adorned with a unique vegetated pavement made of small embedded stones, creating a sophisticated and scenic effect.
The villa is framed by climbing evergreen plants, strategically positioned to break the strong verticality of the building and visually expand the horizontal perspective. This detail reflects Paghera’s design philosophy: turning every spatial constraint into a creative opportunity.
To make the most of the limited space in front of the house, Paghera’s architects designed a small state-of-the-art swimming pool equipped with a counter-current system. A functional and refined jewel, it allows for full swims and moments of relaxation akin to a large pool. Elegant sun loungers line the edges, while the overall composition conveys a sense of exclusivity, elegance, and perfection typical of Paghera projects.
